I like the service I get from this store whether it be online, at the shop or at the bead shows. If you order online orders go out the next day. If they dont have what you want they will try and get it in A good business to deal with.
Although the shop doesnt have a very pretty interior the staff are nice and helpful.There is a huge range to choose from and it is well layed out.
I've joined as a member because the discounts are pretty good. It costs $10 per year, and you get at least 10% off most purchases as well as valuable members-only offers. The range of beads is good, location is good, and they offer free beading classes twice a week- you only have to buy a minimum of $50 of supplies to be in it.
I am not happy with the level of service though. The lady (the owner?) is not very attentive, and clearly is nice to some customers and almost rude to others. Unfortunately there aren't many bead shops around, so I will keep going here when I am desperate, but I'm going to buy supplies online from now on!

The beading classes are a little different these days, running one-on-one to focus on you and cater to your beading desires.
The staff member referred to above left the company many years ago to pursue other interests. Our current staff are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help in any way :)
This is a big store dedicated to all types of beads, crystals and supplies and new stock is being added all the time. The service is great, friendly, helpful. Don't buy cheap tools, they don't work. The website is still being updated, so it's worth a visit to the shop. Keep a close eye on your invoice if buying wholesale, I've noticed a few errors.
