I recently placed an online order for two shirts with General Pants Co and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite paying for express shipping, I only received one of the shirts I ordered. When I contacted Australia Post to inquire about the missing item, I was directed to contact General Pants Co directly.

However, the customer service provided by General Pants Co was not helpful at all. They were unable to provide any assistance in resolving the issue and left me feeling frustrated and let down. It's unacceptable that I paid for express shipping and didn't receive the full order, especially given that General Pants Co is a well-known and respected retailer.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of support and assistance from their customer service team made this experience all the more disappointing. I had high hopes for this order and expected better from General Pants Co.

Overall, I would not recommend placing an online order with General Pants Co based on my experience. If you're looking for reliable and helpful customer service, there are better options available. I hope that General Pants Co can learn from this experience and improve their processes to prevent similar issues from happening in the future

I believe coming here you pay more for the label on the back of the T-Shirt than you do for the quality of the gear you buy. I'm really not cool with forking out $80 dollars for a muscle tee with some picture on it - like c'mon guys, kids these days just simply don't have the money!

I'd be happier to pay maybe $50 or something for a decent shirt or something, but seeing as though some jeans in the store cost almost $200, i dont think its fair to ask that much for something as simple as a pair of pants!

Ok we all know general pants have some nice gear. Not just jeans but overall their stock is quite nice. I prefer the Pitt St store over the Chatswood one, these guys are a little bit more helpful in all honesty.

Now as much as I think their stocks are decent, they just can't compete with overseas' prices anymore. Years back prices weren't this steep. I find myself that I'm not willing to open my wallet here.

General Pants Co usually stocks a huge range of styles, but they're not always the most flattering. The service is generally pretty friendly with laid back people and cool tunes. However some prices are a little too over the top. I'm not willing to fork out $50 for a plain tee. The store is a little bit cramped but they do have a pretty decent range and some nice accessories.

Great place to visit, awesome customer service! Went shopping there and a few people offered help to find sizes and let me know about current promotions going on in the store.

The clothes are the latest of the fashion-especially perfect for teens/young adults and both girls and boys. Beautiful materials and a wide range of prestigious brands which are of top quality. Expensive though but the staff are very helpful.

The store is quite crowded at times but provides a large range of clothing and styles for both men and women. The clothing here is reasonably priced and overall, I have had a good shopping experience here.
