The customer service here is excellent- moving in was made very easy-when we arrived we realised that we had reserved a space that was too small for all out items and they changed the unit very quickly with no hassle at all. This is by far the best value storage facility we found and we weren't expecting great service due to that fact however we can't fault it at all.

Office staff was very helpful, the facility was like brand-new, everything spotless and in great working order. They also sell boxes & movies supplies at very reasonable prices, and even provided a free moving van for the move-in. Great deal on our space too. Great deal all the way around, best storage facility in Sydney that we found.
