Ordered 3 products 18/05/17 here it is 13/07/17 and nothing, this company does not know the word SERVICE !!!

I purchased a faulty product and received a full refund immediately without argument. Great customer service.

I can't believe what just happened, I rang Global Direct to find out more about a Christmas light offer and when the person answer the phone, the price came up on the Tele so I thought no, I said to the operator I'm sorry I've changed my mind, she said why and I said no reason I've just changed my mind, she said I want to know, I said I've just changed my mind, said goodbye and hung up.
A few seconds later she rang back wanting to know why I said no reason and she kept asking so I hung up. I think she rang again I'm not sure because by this time I was so shocked.Then the phone rang again she demand to know. In the end I said I was going to contact management and said go away and hung up.
Global Direct shame on you for letting your operators behave this way and it was a complete invasion of my privacy.
I'd contact management but couldn't find a number.

This is one company with no respect, i ordered 2 items, one did not work, i returned it and the company refuses to refund me, all handled through the Philippines. Now they refuse complaints and refuse to allow any contact with the head office in Australia, so they are non the wiser on how the Philippines branch act and behave. T he methods these people is engage is nothing short of fraudulent, intimidation and they abused me and treated me like an idiot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THE PRODUCTS ARE CRAP, the staff new full well the car cam was faulty yet they refused to stop selling the item!

All the products including the spinning mop, which I have purchased from Global Shop Direct are RUBBISH!! Everything has broken or not worked correctly. Talking to their call centre is like talking to a brick wall. They don't listen and don't understand. To make things more frustrating they won't supply a contact number for head office or provide any contact numbers in Australia.....Complete waste of my money......

plenty of products to choose from, at reasonable prices. service can be very impersonal, although the system is generally user-friendly.

I have never had worse service than I received from this business. Delivery was very late, and when I emailed to enquire I got a form letter in reply. I emailed twice more to enquire and got almost exactly the same wording. Finally I called them only to have the rudest person imaginable on the other end of the line. He continuously talked over me and kept repeating the size of the clothing that I ordered to the point where I had to raise my voice to ask him to be quiet and listen to me. Eventually I sent a complaint email and - prepare to be amazed - I was miraculously sent an email that afternoon advising me that my goods were on their way. I received them two days later. Not surprisingly I never received an answer from my complaint email. Dreadful service. The goods are ok, but I don't see how they are any different from what you buy in the shops... only more expensive on this occasion.

The last time i ordered something they were out of stock and never got what i ordered in stock so i missed out on what i wanted. Very disapointing to say the least.

Stumbled across this online store when searching for a product, and found the item at a great price plus free shipping! Placed a small order to test the waters and they came up trumps - item was just as described, and was sent fast and free!
