Ryder and Zumah popped in for a few puppy needles. Ryder's concerns for his new puppy were instantly dismissed as every single person he met made him feel comfortable and relaxed. And that his new puppy was in good hands. The Doc explained everything to him, as if they were buddies, explaining heaps of important puppy stuff and offering a bunch of helpful tips to keep Zumah happy.

Gold Coast vet surgery is second to none in service and caring for our King Charles Paddy our two cats axel and snowy .. We would recommend this veternary surgery to anyone who are looking for a place who treat your pet as if they where there own.. We have been going here now for over 8 years and even moved from the area but will only trust the Gold Coast veterinary surgery.. We have been coming to Gold Coast Vet Surgery and Dr Kevin ever since our two cat "sons" were babies in 2009, and we would never go anywhere else. One of our cats was diagnosed with Diabetes in late 2014 and Dr Kevin has worked tirelessly and empathetically with us throughout this difficult time.

All the nursing staff as well as Dr Fiona and Dr Charlotte are wonderful and so obviously love animals.

Great service! They were so good with my two kittens and answered all my questions! They really seem to care about my individual pets. They give free health checks to new kittens but I will definitely be returning.

Without a doubt best Vet we have seen in 8 years of owning our dog. Our dog suffers terribly from anxiety and has behavioural issues and finding a Vet willing to address that has not been easy. We finally feel we have found a Vet who is not only hugely compassionate and supporting but gives amazing advice and referrals for specialist added assistance. Dr Kevin's manner with our Vet fearing dog was astounding! We've never seen him respond to any Vet in the way he did today. His manner with us was second to none. He presented lots of options for treatment, took into consideration emotional, time and cost constraints and wasn't at all pushy or guilting you into any particular path. Can not recommend him enough. Will be the only Vet we see from this moment on.

These guys are terrific - they actually really care about the health of your pet (i.e. family member).
The customer service is outstanding and we have found them to be incredibly professional, thorough and offer a very clean and modern premises with well appointed treatment and waiting rooms.
