Exceptional customer service, extreamly careing for both you and your best friend, polite and always helpful also quality vets!

Discovered these guy when I had to have my gorgeous staffy/lab down 2 years ago & they continue to provide outstanding compassionate service. Be it for heartworming & immunisations or recent eye surgery Rod, Kevin & Fiona are brilliant vets with exceptional hearts. They cost everything out prior to treatment as well which is a plus when you're on a budget. Highly recommend!!

We have two border collies, and everytime we passed by the clinic on days we chose that route for our early morning walks, both dogs stopped where the entrance is, & walked towards the clinic door... It's telling me that they love to be in that place inspite of the occasional injections & other less-pleasurable things vets do to them there... :)

We have three dogs and have always been very pleased with the service and care received. In particular, very sensitive and caring handling of one dog when he was critically ill recently. Can recommend this surgery without hesitation.

Kevin looked after our animals for several years whilst we were living on the Gold Coast. One of our cats has a low grade lymphoma. We moved to the New England area and were quite upset to lose such a fantastic vet. Recently our cat with lymphoma became really unwell and had quite a few visits to our local vet. I was really concerned that she seemed to be getting worse and I contacted Kevin and asked if he would be happy to give me a phone consult as he was aware of her history. Thankfully he did this and I gave him the full history of what had happened. Kevin spent a lot of time with me asking questions and offered advice to get immediate emergency attention. Given that he has been fantastic with our animals and has never steered us in the wrong direction we did as he suggested. Our cat was near death - no exaggeration (!) by the time we got her in for treatment but she is now happy, healthy and beautiful. Kevin organised everything for us, kept in touch with what was happening and there is absolutely no doubt that without his care and experience our beloved cat would not be with us now. I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin, every aspect of our vet care through the years has been done with compassion, expertise and beautiful care of both our animals and us. If you have a pet you love I cannot recommend this vet highly enough. Go there and try it out, I promise you will never go anywhere else. We will now be travelling 3.5 hours for vet care - with two dogs and three cats this is a bit of a trial, but worth every bit of effort!

Dr Kevin and his staff are so friendly and genuinely caring of our beloved pets, and a joy to deal with in every way. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who loves their pet.

For the past 6 years Drs Kevin & Fiona Cruickshank have cared for my rottweilers with sincere and genuine concern (and as though they were the owners), which has touched me deeply. They have gone out of their way at all times to ensure that both my "rotties" received the very best attention (including after hours) and I could not recommend them highly enough to any pet owner on the Gold Coast.

We had our first visit today with our new puppy and Dr Fiona was fantastic and covered everything possible for our new puppy, we would highly recommend.

We have known Drs Kevin and Fiona ever since they started in Surfers Paradise, and would not consider any other vet clinic, as the way they have looked after our two Corgis and one cat can not be replaced, especially the way they looked after our first little Corgi who was very sick with heart and a hypothyroid condition, we are very grateful for the extra years their treatment gave us with her, and look forward to their continuing care of our new Corgi and beautiful cat.

About 6 years ago we were looking for a vet for our newly acquired pets (2 puppies). We feel extremely lucky to have found Kevin and his team. Over the years we have visited Kevin with our dogs, cats and rats for many different reasons. Whether it is just for their annual check up or for something more serious the care our pets receive is professional and genuine. Our dogs love coming here. Our cat got poisoned and was on the brinks of death by the time we got him to Kevin. Kevin ensured he did everything possible to give our cat the best chance of recovery. He made a full recovery. One of our dogs became very sick also, Kevin and the team once again provided treatment and care needed in the hope he would get better. Unfortunately despite their best efforts he could not be saved. We got a lot of comfort, despite this being a very sad time knowing Kevin and Rod had done everything they possibly could. The care that Kevin and his team provide does not stop once you walk out their door. The follow up care they provide is just another thing that reassures you that they really stand by their motto (where Pets are family). I highly recommend this vet clinic. They are truly an amazing team of people who are very passionate about their job, the care and well being of their customers.
