My family and I have used Good Price Pharmacy in Robina for years. But the other day we went in and was refused service because we are do not have a covid vaccination. It was extremely disappointing, discriminatory and impolite. We will never be back and we have told everyone we know, because majority of people we know are also covid vaccination free.

Did you know that a mandate is essentially just a request, and has no official standing within the law. A mandate only truly comes into force when the business/person takes part/agrees. Therefore you are going against Australian Consumer Law and also Human Rights. There are plenty of businesses around you that ARE serving people who haven't had a vaccination for covid. Your choice to follow a mandate which isn't law and therefore discriminate against peoples choices of what they do or do not put in their bodies is completely based on fear of getting a fine which will never hold up in court anyways because you technically would not have broken any law that allows those without vaccinations for covid in.

So disappointed and so are the many which I have told that will now no longer use your services because you're in support of this discrimination.

While I have moved and have a great local chemist, this is still the Chemist I go out of my way to go to. The prices are simply too good. The service is friendly, though it can be very busy so pick your times if you need your prescription quickly (otherwise you will roam the aisles and buy more things!).

This pharmacy reminds me of the old days when customer service and satisfaction was the most important thing. I like to browse, and often buy my wife little presents here. Her favourite fragrance has never been out of stock in 3 years! I like the Pharmacists too, they are very knowledgable and helpful. They really value their customers!

This pharmacy has the best perfume prices in town! They are friendly and very customer orientated. The prices here are always cheaper than any other in a 20km radius.

Very happy with this store and they always have what I am looking for (mainly from the catalogue specials) and find the staff more than willingly to help you. I always get a close park and am in and out of there, no dramas! The way that it should be!
Products are value for money I find aswell. Some, but not most are quite often cheaper than the bigger chemists which is a plus for me!!

I have tried many different chemists and this is one of the cheapest around. The staff are bubbly and helpful and products are well displayed and easy to find. For a chemist they have some great bargains

What a great place. Always have fantastic specials on good quality perfumes (not those elcheapo brands). The staff are absolutely fantastic and helpful. As i often buy baby formula there i find them just as competitive as Big W and even more so than the major supermarkets!
