Grays online has great online auctions, i usually bid on their wine auctions, some of the wine has been hit and miss, i once got a lot of 6 bottles and the one i opened was off, but i returned it for a full refund, no sweat, so when they get it wrong they do look after you. Its a great way to buy bulk wine online and to try a range of different varieties.

We got a doona cover and it was different to the pic supplied. We also got sheets to match and so they didnt end up matching. Plus the doona cover was ugly.
They wouldnt except exchange or refund for that.
They didnt look after us in the slightest.
Update. The last six cartons of wine we ordered where well past their used by date. We managed to get a refund however. I would not recommend GraysOnline at all to anyone anymore.
