Absolutely appalled with the service and lack of professionalism. I went in for a wash and blow dry and immediately as I sat down I noticed the lack of interest and professionalism by the staff. Staff were yelling to eachother from one side of the salon to the other whilst serving a customer at checkout (they were debating over the price to charge the customer). Slightly rough on the wash, did not receive a head massage or made to feel as a valued customer. My hair was brushed so roughly I could feel my hair snapping, (my hair is quite damaged, and despite her seeing this she did not take care in brushing my hair to prevent further damage). I looked around, the staff did not look interested in their job and were more interested in talking to eachother instead of the customer. As I sat there in silence for 25 mins, I decided to strike up a conversation, I asked "my stylist" if she enjoyed her job/working in the salon, she replied "no it's the same thing everyday" - well what a way to kill that convo! i continued to sit there in silence and observed another staff member walking through the salon eating her lunch. The staff were not dressed appropriately and didn't even put effort into their own hair to look half presentable. And to top if off they wanted to charge me more than what they quoted me when I walked in (I understand this happens but it was just a wash and blow dry. All in all I certainly won't be going back, terrible unprofessional, inexperienced and bad customer service.

I couldn't find Liverpool's page but needed to share with others that they are disgusting. Charged just under $600 for extensions that fell out immediately (without washing or brushing) and didn't match my hair colour at all. I didn't notice until I got home and my mum pointed out the ones on the back of my head are a dark ashy blonde on my naturally black hair.

The woman also didn't bother asking where I parted my hair and ignored me when I told her.

That is why I ended up with extensions stuck so close to my hair line that it is visible all the time. I am so embarrassed and have to hide the uneven job (especially after half of them fell out) and put them up into a messy bun. Even then they stick out and are very visible. Also the amount of glue residue left in my hair left me desperate and after going to another hairdresser, found out that it was because the "stylist" didn't:
#1Stick them on straight/flat, had lots of bumps
#2 Didn't hold the straightener long enough to heat the glue.

I am so upset with what they did to my hair and want to warn everyone about going there. It is a waste of money to go to people so unqualified and clearly inexperienced.

Really poor service. Apprentice was given my regrowth to deal with. She put a thick layer of dye just around the edge of my head and said she was done. Didn't part my hair so all the other regrowth could have been done. She grumbled profusely when she was told that she was nowhere near done. At no time during the whole process did she speak to me, if anything, she complained bitterly about how much she hates dying and that she hates going to TAFE to the hairdresser next to her. My hair was rinsed with scalding hot water and she never asked if the temperature was acceptable. Instead of a brief head massage I had fingernails dug into my scalp during a very rough scrubbing!

The whole salon appears to be run by post pubescent teens with not an adult in sight for leadership. The girls are rude to those who are not young or of their own and need to severely pulled back into line with their attitudes.

After 4 hours and a more senior apprentice redoing my dye, I received a rough haircut and straighten with barely an apology. What should have taken under 4 hours caused me to go well over my parking so I paid for poor service and parking fee!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Staff was rude, even after booking in advance , staff didn't attend me for 20 minutes and instead of apologising they said it's ok to be held there.
Hair Dresser was unprofessional , did Not speak a word to me during whole process, as if she was angry on someone And was taking it on customer.
My hair colour was supposed to be on for 30 minutes but she didn't put a timer. So I reminded her after 40 minutes that I was still sitting there with my hair Colour on. Then she said go take a seat at wash basin and she will be there. But unfortunately I had to wait for another 15 minutes because she was having lunch.
On top that they ran out of hot water, so she washed my hair with cold water on a cold day.
She could clearly see how angry I was but she did not apologise for a single time.
She cut my but did not asked me if liked them instead she put on the hair spray and said she was done. And didn't even show me the back of my hair.
I could see on other customers faces that they were not happy.

I had to give them a star because I could not post my review without it. But the truth is its 0 star from me.

So for me it was the worst experience ever , I will never go back to them or recommend to anyone.

It's always a pleasure to go into Hair Culture and get my hair done. The staff are all friendly and are now friends also. Always get great comments about my extensions and hair colour.

I've tried a fair number of hairdressers and after being very upset with my previous hairdresser(s) and also always a bit nervous about trying new places for my hair, I thought I'll ask my girl friends for some recommendations and most recommended hair culture in Merry lands. So I gave it a try..

The staff are very friendly professional and attentive. The hairdresser was brilliant, she recommended different colors and haircuts that would suit me best, instead of just asking me repetitively how i would like my haircut/color.

Numerous offers of coffee and magazines were made, the service was great and efficient. I wasn't left waiting at any stage. The cost was the cheapest so far.

I find it very hard to find hairdressers that provide quality service and value. Have to say that this service was good to me, both in quality and price. This business is new.
