Store appears to have recently changed hands and now appears to be run by children. No EFTPOS anymore and female staff member can barely remember order. Such a shame that the store is going downhill so quickly.

Really poor service. Apprentice was given my regrowth to deal with. She put a thick layer of dye just around the edge of my head and said she was done. Didn't part my hair so all the other regrowth could have been done. She grumbled profusely when she was told that she was nowhere near done. At no time during the whole process did she speak to me, if anything, she complained bitterly about how much she hates dying and that she hates going to TAFE to the hairdresser next to her. My hair was rinsed with scalding hot water and she never asked if the temperature was acceptable. Instead of a brief head massage I had fingernails dug into my scalp during a very rough scrubbing!

The whole salon appears to be run by post pubescent teens with not an adult in sight for leadership. The girls are rude to those who are not young or of their own and need to severely pulled back into line with their attitudes.

After 4 hours and a more senior apprentice redoing my dye, I received a rough haircut and straighten with barely an apology. What should have taken under 4 hours caused me to go well over my parking so I paid for poor service and parking fee!

This is my daily caffeine dose. Forget the other brands that are from a premade mix. These are real teas made fresh every day and made to YOUR taste. Both Parramatta stores have been excellent and so is Merrylands. I miss Top Ryde and Rhodes could learn some customer service.

Many businesses should be learning about customer service from this company. Quick shipping. Immaculate customer service and very knowledgeable. Their prices are extremely good and I have ordered from them repeatedly for all these reasons and more.

Don't return phone calls. Don't put you forward for jobs that you are qualified for. Are any of the roles even real or just for numbers on the books?

Staff can very very rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Prices were good at one stage but have shot up. The last time I had a colour and cut, the colour was great, the cut is straight forward but when having my hair straightened, the girl was rude, haphazard and yanked at knots rather than working them out. Left with a sore scalp due to rough treatment. Staff are often late to open up and remain on their mobile phone whilst the queue at the front of store grows bigger. Staff are often clueless when you ask for something simple and are rude when you rephrase yourself 3 times over.

Nilesh is honest and everything above board whilst trying to get the most for your tax return. We have had our tax done with him for several years and even after moving away from the area, have returned each year. Don't pass this accountant by!

Have currently left me in a brain dead temp role where I drive 5+ hours a day return & will not put me forward for perm roles that are closer to home and within my skill set. Keep sending me to customer service roles that pay poorly. Will not return phone calls or emails. They have left me for dead, but hey, they get paid, who cares!
