I went to return a product that we bought and the service was terrible. They had no cash and made me wait for ages with no apologises, so appalled with service these days

Order battery for laptop. Sent wrong one. took a week to sort it out, Never rang or emailed when they said they would. am still trying to get the correct battery or money beck.

This place had a product I was looking for, and in stock, whereas other computer stores closer to me did not. The shop wasn't busy so I had an assistant come over to help me straight away. They weren't much help but as a Mac user I expected that. I was served straight away. When I asked if I could bring the item back they said no if it was opened, as they wouldn't be able to resell it. Thankfully the item I chose was what I was after. Parking at the door which is convenient.
