Availing of Harvey Norman photo centre's 9 cents per print special online, I thought I would give it a go. It was easy to upload my photos and edit them in my own time, before submitting my order. I received the prints within their specified time frame, and I must say that I am surprisingly impressed with the quality of their prints! Will definitely order again:-)

The online service provided by Harvey Norman is amazing- always sending to my inbox great deals on free photo snaps and specials. They album prints come out nicely as expected and are very competitively priced.

I ordered some Christmas ornaments with photos of family members printed onto them from Harvey Norman PhotoCentre online. I was very disappointed with one of the four ornaments I ordered. My original photograph probably wasn't good enough quality for the ornament, but the printed result was definitely more washed out - the person's face was basically white with some yellow shadows on it. I contacted Harvey Norman about my dissatisfaction with the end product, but was basically told that I was in the wrong (for using that photograph) and there was nothing they could do about it. I'm spreading the word that this is how you'll be treated if you are not satisfied with one of their photo products. I would be extremely hesitant to order, for example, a large printed canvas: because you may outlay a lot of money for a product you are not satisfied with. Luckily, I ordered the ornaments when they were on sale, and they are not that expensive to begin with.
