Kathy Hamilton went above and beyond in customer service after many failed attempts with another company. I will continue to deal direct with HeatCool due to their thorough communication and timely responses.

I have used HeatCool twice in the last few years to service our hot water unit. The technician was polite, on-time and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and nothing was too much trouble. In terms of price, they were within what I would reasonably expect for the services received. They aren't the cheapest in the market but I wouldn't class them as expensive either for the work that was done.
You get what you pay for and I would much rather pay for a good job to make sure there are no issues down the track. Very happy!

I've recently had a new air conditioner installed at our beach house on the mornington peninsula by Jake from Heat Cool. I was extremely happy with the service and to be honest surprised at how polite and frIendly he was. It's the little things that make a big difference and I really appreciated the fact that he even asked if he could vacuum up the small amount of dust that was made from installatIon and made sure to say goodbye to my three children on the way out. An asset to the company.

Approximate cost: $900

They guys came and installed my Lacool unit, they were courteous, on time and most of all it is 37 degrees today and it works awesome.

Would highly recommend.
