Good quality fish and chips - fresh fish, sizeable serve of chips, great burgers and potato cakes with actual potato in them, all cooked well. Only drawback was the waiting time - ordered in the shop, and waited about half an hour, but as it was a Friday night, it was expected. Phone order probably recommended. Very busy, people coming in and out all the time. Limited parking, but I got one first go. Have tried all the fish and chip shops in Mooroolbark now, and this one will become my local

Approximate cost: $10

Hull Road Fish & Chips is the best in town, their food is always fresh and tasty. They are quite busy but that doesn't seem to slow down the service - they always have heaps of staff on. I would recommend phoning your order in on a Friday night, though. The store is always very clean. Their grilled fish is the best!

This place was brilliant when they first opened. Then they changed owners, so not as good when first opened but still the best by far! GREAT souvlakis and the crumbed fish is lovely. I live in this street ( Greenslopes) so please DRIVE SAFELY AND SLOW DOWN!!!! IM SICK OF THE HOONS!

Approximate cost: $5.00

This is a family run business that is always incredibly busy, but they have the staff to cope. Very professionally run however when it comes to fish and chips, it's all about the taste and I am yet to come across a shop that does them as good as this.

Approximate cost: $8.00

We particularly go there to get their Mars Bar in batter which is just the best and reasonably priced. For $20 we get a great feed for our family of 5.

We get fish and chips for dinner once or twice a fortnight, and have been going here for our 'lazy night' for the last year or so. The chips are always good, never old or oily or stale. The fish has always been fresh tasting and a decent size, and the souvlaki's are always good too! They have meal packs for 2, 3 or family one's which are better value and whenever we've ordered the packs we usually find a bonus potato cake in the pack (actually, one time there was an extra piece of fish!), which I really like - they all used to do that in the 'ol' days!

Hull Road Fish and Chips are the place for really nice chips, tasty fish and hamburgers that are really good. It worth the wait and I prefer this shop over all others in the area.

I recommend them strongly.

After many businesses failing at this location, this Fish and Chip shop would have to be one of the busiest around! They are open from lunch to dinner, but I don't think 7 days a week. The grilled fish is crumbed and the pieces of flake are very well sized. The chips are good quality. The premisis is clean. The menu is priced similar to any other fish shop.
