I requested a two-bedroom unit interstate move from Melbourne to Sydney, with storage for a few weeks until I got my housing sorted. They were two hours late with the Sydney delivery. My bed was seriously damaged on arrival. When I pointed the damage out to one of the workers, he showed me a photo he had already taken of it - to cover himself - and had ignored telling me about it. His response was "phone the office and sort it out". My boxes and belongings were filthy and covered in dirt. I don't know where they store goods but it is obviously disgusting. I emailed their office about the damage to my bed and they completely ignored me. Their payment system is also a joke. Their office had closed when they delivered, and the operations manager tried to pressure me into paying cash with no receipt. I also never got a tax invoice for my last payment, despite requesting one. There are far better removalists for the same/cheaper price. If you value your belongings, avoid this shower of jokers at all costs.
Do NOT use. Moved from ground floor to ground floor. Lady on the phones said approx 5-6 hours after i itemized each item but was then charged 12 hours. I noticed after being charged that they actually finished an hour earlier than they charged me for. Super slow guys, at one stage two of them were together carrying a pot plant 10 kgs that I carried solo when pregnant. Also damaged several pieces of furniture and left indoor furniture outdoors. When raised and disputed both length of time and the damaged furniture was told their guys don't take any breaks during a 12 hours session, were absolutely non-negotiable regarding the length of time it took and the speed they worked, and got sent a link to their insurance policy. Save yourself the headache and do NOT use.

Terrible. Damaged items, slow so went for so long the quote was blown out of the water. $200 charge for parking. Said “it wasn’t me” when I complained about the damage to all my property. Thousands of dollars gone on tv table bookshelf, fridge etc, I was just told to contact my insurance company. Disgusting.
