The consultant was very exact and offered a different approach to the initial strategy I had used skills + achievements. I can understand the competency approach they refer to on the website and it worked very well here. Last week was the acid test and the resume has been very well received by recruiters. It was a pretty poor read and I needed help especially as all I kept on receiving were those "thanks, your experience is good but we have found someone more suitable". It took about 4 days for the CV as I had an urgent job, and the company were really nice about pushing a fast turnaround. I had to go through a questions process to start and send some jobs. When I finally received the CV I was amazed. When I sent the Cv out (3 jobs), I received 2 calls on Tuesday and another on Thursday. I honestly don't think I would have got one call with my old version. What a difference. So happy.

I initially sought out the service of another provider (I won't mention the name) and was less than impressed. Recommended to use Roland from itouch and the comparison between the two works (original CV and the itouch version) is incredible. I'm so happy with the new version - technical jargon is correct, competency correct, and impact of the CV is excellent. No real cons, very happy customer.

Resume was produced for upper management, cost $420.00. Like the layout, very clean and easy to ready. Wording is fantastic. A few minor errors that we quickly fixed (more due to the data I provided). All in all, a very well put together document. The resume is working for me as extremely fit for purpose. Love it.

This is now the 2nd time I have used this company for resume writing; though this time I also used for LinkedIn. I'm in HR so I do expect quality. I like the layout of the page, and find the resume easy to navigate. Content is strong and sells me well. Pricing seams fairly reasonable - I wasn't after anything cheap so it works for me.

Hello, I'd like to thank Roland from itouch who has been a great help in making 2014 the start I needed. I had lost faith in the job market and needed a kick start. I must say that I have been extremely satisfied with resume and linkedin profiles. I engaged this company following a disappointing time with another resume writing services company. Cost was $380.00 for resume and $80 for Linked In - I managed to negotiate a discount :). Since then, I have enjoyed a positive reaction in the market and will be starting a new contract on the 6th. Nice way to start the new year.
