Referred from a friend and I have posted this review on other sites. Resume was for a Contracts Manager (for well know construction). Turnaround time was 6 days and had to complete a question form which takes some time so be warned. However, it's a useful process as during the job interview I found myself recalling much of the information in the questionnaire. Apparently, this is intentional. The resume format itself was as expected (I had already seen my friends), and the content was very compelling. More importantly, it works. A few recruiters commented on the presentation, which gave me a lift. I was never sure if I should tell the recruiter I had help. Regardless, job secured and recommend with 5 stars 

Should have come here first! Spent $300 on another firm and was a waste of time (3 months and no interviews). Went to itouch following recommendation from friend. Changed the whole resume with a completely different view point. Very refreshing and love it !!! 4 interviews in two weeks. I simply can't praise these guys highly enough. Seriously recommend others to research a company before engaging.

Captured my experience (albeit limited experience due to career change) in excellent detail and asked questions that I never even thought of. Found the service very easy to deal with and the consultant knowlegable. CV is for finance roles and I received two calls last week from agencies. Extreemly happy. Learning how to adjust my CV to the different positions. Very interesting and a real eye opener.

A favourable outcome to a difficult assignment. Did require some back and forth communication to get the resume perfect (it's a very technical focused resume) so wasn't expecting to get 100% from the start. However, I would say they had 95% right on the first cut once I have completed the questionnaire, so I was very impressed. I would use Ronald again - I think he either owns the company or does the senior level work. Anyway, glad I used itouch as it was a worthwhile experience.

itouch asked me to post a review of my experience, so I will. I came over from the UK about three months ago and was struggling to find work (financial analyst). It's not that I couldn't get the interviews, its just I wasn't getting the right interviews. I was hesitant about parting money at first, but I did need to do something. Anyway, the resume process included a Questionnaire which was done on email (quite taxing...pardon the pun). I also sent some examples of jobs I wanted to apply for. When I received my resume, I was taken aback by how someone can view my experience in a different way. I guess my own version was very micro, and a bit of a shopping list. The version itouch produced gave me a "wow". Two weeks later, and I got two call backs from similar jobs that I had previously been rejected (actually I never heard back). I was delighted to receive a call in for interview. I have since secured a job and I honestly believe if it wasn't for the work they did, I would have taken a lesser role and been passed over for the roles I wanted. CV completed in 2 days - fast and efficient. nice one :) Needed the CV quickly but didn't want a rush job. There was a surcharge for having a fast turnaround but I'd rather pay the extra (it was $50 so worth taking into account and not paying if you don't actually need so quick). Would i use again, yes I would.

Completed a resume and cover letter for me; found the service very easy - they sent a quote and payment details once I accepted. Resume process was by way of email (its a one of form which was pretty simple to work through). Questions were quite probing - has been a useful interview reminder. Resume was first class - some adjustments that I worked with them on, but really was excellent. Very happy

Fast and accurate - I did supply quite a bit of information for a job application I needed. Probably wasn't the most difficult assignment but happy to post a recommendation as it did what was required. I haven't used any other service so can't provide a comparisson - sorry. However, I found this company to be a non-nonse approach to gettting the work done which is what I needed.

I needed a resume and cover letter and was recently let down by a firm (I won't say their name but they are listed quite high in google). Spoke with Roland from itouch professional solutions and he completely understood my needs. The resume he provided was very different from the other provider, and exactly what I needed (it actually surpassed expectations). Should have gone with itouch in the first instance as it would have saved me a considerable amount of time and money! Not really any con's as I'm delighted with the end result.
If you're considering a resume writer, just be careful of those that are a franchised. I was bitten.
