Very happy with the work provided. I did have a resume that was old (about 8 pages) and was told by itouch that they don't do edits. Went ahead with full program. questions were via email with some telephone backup (although didn't really need this). Resume took about 4 days to complete with some very minor revisions which I'm happy to say was all included in the price. Was a little concerned that I have to pay full amount before release of the draft resume but after some research, I see that this is the norm for the industry. However, they have done me very proud and the money was well worth the investment. Nothing like my previous resume and to be honest, I'm grateful for this. Excellent.

Had to complete a question form which took a bit longer than I expected but it actually came in handy as it helped me remember points for an interview. Appointed itouch to help me construct a resume for a commercial manager role. Consultancy was through email although I did speak with them before to check they understood my requirements. Process took around 3 working days from when I completed their questionnaire. I was quite surprised that they managed to capture what I needed without a face to face meeting. The resume needed some very minor edits which they did and was sent off the following day. Application was successful.
