Initially enquired for just a CV Resume but eventually utilised the LinkedIn service also. The quality of the resume was something else, excellent interpretations. I did need to work with them on a few adjustments but nothing really notable. I will admit I did have concerns about this being an online service as opposed to face-to-face, but they knew what they were doing, and the questions were good and challenging. I would recommend them to others.

Relocated to Sydney last year and it's been really difficult to find work. My friend recommend my resumé to be done professionally and I used this company. Over the last three weeks, I have been receiving phone calls direct from Hays, Michael Page and others, and last week I accepted a contract. This is a great service.

I do believe that itouch have lived up to their rep with my CV. There was some complex information to get through, and the simplest way to say this is, itouch just "got it". They captured exactly what I needed. I'm not really one who posts reviews but happy to do so for this firm. Thumbs up, 5 stars :)

Recommended by a friend (good friend) and couldn't be happier. Resume was for my partner who is in Construction as a Contract Manager. The market in this area is very competitive. You do need to interact with this firm to get the best result and that does require a questionnaire of sorts. This did take about an hour to complete. However, the final resume was much better than my partner and I had expected and has already been put to good use. This is a very professional service and has really made a difference to us personally. thank you !!!

I work in finance which has been a roller coaster ride this year. Have tried to break free from my current role earlier in the year but started to lose interst as I wasn't really getting picked up for th jobs I wanted. I approached itouch as started working with Roland. His knowledge of the market was very strong (and very re-assuring). I had to go through some questions and send samples of jobs.

The resume produced was nothing short of A1.

Last month, I received 3 calls from jobs I really wanted, and after some debating, I have now secured a job at a much better salary, excellent company and career prospects (it's a leadership role).

Work completed - CV for an administration manager role. Timeframe - 5 days turnaround.

This was for an internal role and I faced some serious competition with a recruiter being used to shortlist. The transformation from what I had created to the itouch version was incredible. Really did provide me with a major uplift in confidence. Achieved a favourable income. I'm sure that I would have been overlooked considering the recruiter had no personal insight. In my opinion, these guys live up to their reputation.
