Jb hifi is a good shop to get all your electronic needs. The shop always appears to be busy, but the service is great. There are many htings on sale all the time and heaps of discounts as well. I love to just pop in store and check out all their things for sale.

Standard JB Hi-Fi, nothing out of the ordinary.

Staff are nice, 'hard' media range could be a lot better (Ok if your after Katy Perrys latest musical abortion) but if your after anything that isn't mainstream you will struggle to find what your after, the AV stuff is quite good and if you're a good enough negotiator you will get a great price. The staff in the AV sections are 10x better than the hard media staff.

These guys offer a great range of products at a very competitive price ( not the best, but way better than most retailers)

Sometimes it's insanely hard to get a help from a staff, some of them aren't very knowledgeable but wont' tell you that 'they don't know'.

I'd rather appreciate it if they just told me straight out that they weren't sure instead of wasting my time.

Other than that, they're fantastic. I've yet to have a major problem with them.

Great experiences, friendly staff and plentiful bluray/dvd selection. They usually have alot of sale as opposed to bigger chain outlets.

The prices are always good at JB hifi, especially with frequent sales! The store is a bit cramped, however so maybe they need to improve on their store layout, especially since there is busy traffic in the store.

They also need to hire more staff as the checkout lines are extremely long and it takes forever for your turn. The staff I have encountered have been quite helpful though, and guided me to the section+products I was asking for.

hard to find staff to help with any query on the equipment we like to purchase. the layout is hard to navigate, and lots of people in the store. weekend - long checkout.

JB IS ALWAYS GREAT FOR DVD'S AND GAMES I CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT IM LOOKING FOR AT THE MOST COMPETITIVE PRICES. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION AND 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 WHAT IM LOOKING FOR IS IN STOCK

The shop has all mechandise on release, most things can be pre-ordered (games/dvd's). Staff there is very knowledgable about the stock, they talk as if they have used every item frst-hand.

I really trust their recommendations.
