For me, Joe's workshops have been extremely rewarding on many levels. Joe's character is remarkable and refreshingly unique; warm, engaging, caring, trustworthy, funny, and full of wisdom, you can sense he's a man of integrity. He's able to tune in to people's inner world and help them grow toward more satisfying, fulfilled, and purposeful relationships/experiences in life.

There's relationship with others, but also with one's self. Both are intimately connected in ways we may not be aware of as our stories unfold over time with all the emotional wounding, traumas, and conditioning commonly experienced in today's world. Not being aware of these emotional patterns can lead to all sorts of difficulties in life, and Joe skilfully helps the person and group become aware in a more connected way.

With a very mindful approach, Joe creates a space of safety and heart-centred support, allowing people in the group to go to wherever they need to go toward improving their lives. Personally, he inspires and motivates me to be the best me I can be, I think we all need people like that in our lives.

Attending Turning a new leaf workshops and sessions with Joe Douglas has been an absolute positive life changer for me. Joe is so caring and has such a gentle approach, shows so much empathy and is such a wise man, I’ve been doing Work for a long time but my very first session I had with Joe I walked out with more to take away with me in that 1 session than what I had in years of Work with others. I highly recommend Joe's workshops, I know it can be scary to make that first move to face what challenges you, it was scary for me too but the moment I walked in I was surrounded with a feeling of safety and had a huge circle of support and I always walk out feeling empowered, positive and like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I’m ready to take charge of my life in a way that no one can stop me.

Attending Joe's workshop is one of the best things I have ever done for my personal development. From the moment arriving to the very end, I was in awe of Joe's knowledge and wisdom he delivers in such a nurturing, safe, comforting, supportive environment that allowed me to fully explore my inner self. His words are still with me today. I am eternally grateful to have met Joe and attend his amazing, inspiring workshop. I fully recommend this, it could change your life, like it did mine.

I was so blessed and fortunate to stumble across Joe and his emotional intelligence workshop! What an eyeopening and life changing experience for me. I'd highly recommend this workshop or any personal development work with Joe. I don't think I've met a more honest and dedicated person and I've met many wonderful people in my short life time. This workshop would especially benefit people who feel a little lost with how they are stumbling through life, or want to learn more about their emotions and how to better manage themselves or even if you want to improve any aspect or relationship (including those with kids). It would also also equip you with more awareness and give you more self power in raising your children in a more mindful and healthy positive way. In particular for me I found it invaluable for the many triggers that I face from my own relationships and childhood and life experiences! I can't really do the learnings justice with a short post!!!!
