Personable. Owner is really involved, and girls are all pleasant during a visit. Service is great. Very helpful with advise. Their "product" is reasonably priced for salon end stuff. Have had bad experiences at 3 other Diamond Creek main street hairdressers so I was relieved to finally find one who provided trustworthy quality service.

The surroundings are clean and bright and the massage chairs at the basins are fantastic, very therapeutic. They also offer manicures and waxing.

The staff are very pleasant, friendly, happy and experienced. The salon is always buzzing with lots of noise.
Could do with better coffee and better parking around the area.

All in all the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. They are happy to chat with you if you feel like talking and will not talk your ear off if you would just rather read a magazine. They do the style which you ask for and don't go over board. Basically it's very good value for money
