DEaling with Flybuys has been Great as they shipe the rewards out without any postage fees and iof late have updated their range of rewards with a wider range. The Flybuy bonus points at Coles, etc helps accumulates points a lot quicker. It has been worth being a member.

Flight centre needs a lot of improvement, they have turned into a volume tun-over operator, not a service centre. They may be able to match prices but this is at a price. Even when making appointments they fail to keep these on time and the openess of their centres does not provide quality time with the consultant. They could do with an overhaul.

Qantas are fairly good in comparison to other airlines world wide. They are still fairly price competitive with much better service then other airlines. The frequent flyer scheme is great and they are helpful when flying with children.

Susan have a gret range in a big bright store. Their returns policy and loyalty program make shopping there very user friendly. Staff are really helpful and friendly and their discount days are great.

Readers Feast is a fantastic store for those hard to please readers, they have everything you can imagine and the staff go out of their way to find everything you want. I am a sucker for a loyalty scheme, which they have and keeps me going back regularly.

My latest shopping experience at Country Road ( & haven't been for a while) was a Great one, I found one particular staff member so helpful, I was actually impressed.
When the store didn't have the required size, she searched for it in other stores, wrote down all the details and signed me up as a CR member.

My first experience in Dotti was a great one. It was the busy period before Christmas, but a staff member still found the time to help me with a special order. It isn't a store I would ussually go into (appears young) but suited me more than I thought, the staff made me feel good about being there, which was a nice shopping experience.

At first I really liked Rare Bears but once I had been there a few times, there were increasing numbers of parties with very little (no) supervision. This made it very difficult to get value for money out of your visit, as you were worried about your child being hurt and you could not relax at all. Also you need to make sure other (careless) parents do not let your child out of fenced areas, as ths once happened to us and we could not find our child for a very long 10 minutes, which was a terrible experience. Car Park small as well.

The staff are very pleasant, friendly, happy and experienced. The salon is always buzzing with lots of noise.
Could do with better coffee and better parking around the area.
