Yeah look, I have to agree with the review below, my experience has been less than ideal as well. Having purchased a few items in here for friends with small kids, the items themselves have been suitable, the service has not. Staff need to pay more attention to their customer service & also to looking after their local patrons. We live across the road. Get it together in there people, people in port melbourne do not have to put up with well less than average service and attitudes, lift your game. Not good.

These guys have been situated in bay street for around two years now, although constantly quiet and fairly much non productive in there. Walking past everyday it is always extremely quiet, the couple of timesI have walked in I have walked out with both times not having been inspired to purchase anything at all. Although I have not been inspired to purchase anything, I have had to under duress as i required a small last minute gift for a friends baby as we all live in the same building as this business. They also sell milkshakes which Myself & friends have purchased that have been very average. The service leaves a lot to be desired, they need to pick it up if they are to survive & compete with the excellent service being provided on bay street. We have lived here for 8 years and kbow good service when we see it. This business has just gone from 3 Womo Stars to 1.

This is a nice cafe and shop for baby and kids presents, but the best part is that it is huge and has a big indoor play equipment area for kids. So, it is great for meeting friends for a coffee (food is pretty good) and letting little ones roam around.
