When doing my makeup she used high quality, natural products. But I was particularly happy with her shaping my eyebrows, she did it with a lot of care and precision which I haven't seen very often before.

Would not recommend the woman was completely unprofessional. I booked 3 microdembrasions. She up sells for 45 extra. On my second appt I offered to fix her up for the extra 45 as she had no eftpos and wanted to sort it out before my 2nd session. She said not to worry. As she was cleansing my face she continuely queried me re it and then said I better pay it. So I got up and waited for her to get her bank details. Then she started screaming at me and telling me to get out of her salon which I must say was a bit shocking. As I left she followed me and continued yelling at me on the street! She refused to complete the 3 micros and I immediately phoned groupon as I was unnerved by the entire experience . She kept telling me I have a bad attitude which I found truly bizarre it was like a surreal nightmare. Up until here I've only had these in Sydney from a fabulous woman who has over 30 years of experience. I wouldn't recommend her as she seems slightly unstable and quite unprofessional. I am now seeking reimbursement through groupon and will stick to my fabulous sydney lady. Not a great way to treat a new customer and extremely unprofessional I must say. I've never experienced anything like It before and I get waxing,shellac,hair and facials.

Honestly, my facial with Karma, was one of the best facial experiences. I love my pampering sessions, and I hadn't been able to find a good local beauty therapist until I find Jolene! the session I had yesterday was similar to what I experienced at a 5 star resorts overseas.... only much better value!~

I purchased some discount vouchers online as my 17 year old daughter has had acne and had been using prescribed creams from her GP which were no longer working. Jolene was very good at explaining what she was doing, the products she applied and how they would help her skin. After one treatment he skin already looked "flatter" and we purchased three more treatments. My daughter's skin has improved so much - no longer red and angry looking and on some occasions I have even asked her if she was wearing foundation when she had none on. There was no hard sell and Jolene gave us generous samples of the products so that we could try them at home before purchasing any. I am thrilled with the result and better looking skin has been great for my daughter's confidence. I found Jolene to be friendly and professional at all times and the rooms spotless. I have been back and will be definitely going back again.

Now I'm used to my new eyebrows (waxed), I think they're great. I'm very happy with the shaping. I'm also happy with the product used for underarm and eyebrow waxing and Jolene's gentle approach, since I have sensitive skin and have had some painful waxing experiences elsewhere. I have used Karma Mineral Cosmetics & Beauty for the mobile spray tanning service. The colour is great - the most natural looking spray tan I have had - and there were no streaks. It is so convenient having the spray tan done in the comfort of your own bathroom! Jolene is lovely and I have recommended her to all my spray-tan-loving friends. I won't go anywhere else!

I booked Karma Minerals for my wedding day and trial. This included hair and make up for myself, my mother, maid of honor and hair for my flower girl.

Jolene was very accommodating for my trial and hair retrial. She offered suggestions and was very helpful in getting my perfect look.

On the day the hair and makeup was great, we all looked fantastic however she was 50 minutes late (advised via text) and although repeatedly confirmed time to be ready by, was an hour and 20 minutes late. This delay meant I didn't get any photos with my mother, was 25 minutes late to my ceremony, didn't receive a survival kit as quoted and had to leave Jolene in my house alone to pack up as we didn't have time to wait.

Overall I was very happy with the hair and make up but extremely disappointed in the timing. I deeply regret not having any photographs with my mother, in which I will not have another opportunity to get.
