I always feel relaxed & confidant in my stylist, & the shampooing experience is wonderful, comfortable chairs. & the best head massages. It has taken me years to find a salon that I was happy to stay faithful to as a customer, best ever.

This was my first visit and a lovely experience. Being offered a free drink from the drinks menu when you first arrive is a nice touch, along with the bowl of pretzels. I was a bit nervous about trying a new hairdresser but Cat at Kaz Hair made it a relaxing experience and she did exactly what she said she was going to do during the initial consultation. I had a cut/blowdry only (no colour) - the shampoo experience was very relaxing - with a vibrating massage chair, a TV at eye-level and a lovely head massage. I almost didn't want to leave the sink! The products used are L'Oreal and Kerastase, which left my usually limp hair with body and shine. All in all, very happy and will definitely go back for future cuts/treatments. Would recommend to my friends.

I went to Kaz Hair recently after hearing about them from a co-worker. I must say I had a lovely experience and was very impressed! From the moment I entered I felt comfortable, welcome and relaxed. I was immediately shown to my chair and offered something to drink (from an awesome drink menu) and given some new mags to look at. Then the lady who was to do my hair came over and introduced herself and took some time to discuss what I wanted. She really listened and took it all on board and then came back and presented me with costings so I could chop and change what I was having done depending on my wishes/budget (something I think every salon should do). My hair dresser was friendly and we had a great chat. I had my hair coloured (foils), cut and a Kerastase treatment done. I was and am very happy with the results!

Things I especially loved - The massage chair at the basin! Bliss!

I will definitely be back :)

experience was enjoyable, the staff (Cat cut and styled my hair)are professional and talented. Happy to recommend to my friends. Looking forward to my next visit.

I was a new client to Kaz yesterday and had a great experience! After reading other reviews on here, I thought i'd try them out and am really glad I did. I've struggled to find a hair salon I've liked since moving to SA, but I know I will be returning to Kaz. The staff were friendly and professional, without being fake or pretentious. My requests were listened to and suggestions made that were sensible. Overall, a great experience.

KAZ HAIR STAFF!! they have to be the very BEST in Hairstyling/Hairdressing!!!! They are so professional, caring, friendly, absolutely know what you want done! It is like a Hollywood Experience for you and your Hair! Kerastase is used for Queens and if you want to be one go to KAZ HAIR for a truly out of this 'world' hair and luxury experience !!! XXXX

Fitted me in last minute, Very friendly place and licenced as well - free glass of bubbly with a hair cut! great to have free iPad use area for customers all round great service with plenty of parking near to lots of other shops.

Renee did a great consultation and knew exactly what needed to be done. I loved the massage chairs/wash basin....very relaxing! All around great customer service.
