I am so impressed by the customer service and professionalism, everyone makes you feel welcome and they go out of their way to ensuring you leave happy and confident about your hair. So so happy with my hairdresser Pam. Always honest about what would suit me. I have never left disappointed. Great atmosphere and staff are all friendly and courteous. Have recommended.

Fantastic service and professional staff but I often get quite annoyed that I have to wait up to 30mins before they start on my hair despite booking an appointment. Also very pricey (I have mid length/long hair and for a cut/blow dry it is about $95!!) but you can be guaranteed that you will be happy with the cut and they do pamper you with the warm massage chair and drinks/nibbles etc.
