Today was my first visit to Kaz hair and although I had quite a long wait at the start (and began to wonder if they had forgotten about me) the end result was very nice. After my 35 minute wait, I guess it was a busy day, I had my hair washed and ready for cutting. The hairdresser was lovely but because she was very new, I sensed some lack of confidence with her which admittedly made me slightly nervous. When one of the senior staff came over though and talked to me and her about what was going to happen, I did feel a lot better. I was impressed with the shop itself and the prompt asking about refreshments. This was a nice touch and to see some wine etc on the list was also a really unique thing. I loved the massage chair whilst having my hair washed and would count this as the highlight of my visit! Although my hairdresser seemed to be a bit unsure to start with, she cut my hair well and listened to what I wanted. She styled it nicely at the end too. Honestly at the start after the long wait, I was thinking....this might be the one and only visit I will make here but things turned around and I will definitely return, perhaps at a less busy time. Prices were good and comparable to most hairdressers in the area these days. My experience with Kaz was a positive one and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

I used to use this hairdresser regularly and was very happy with the service and especially the quality of the hair cuts. They are quite friendly and professional and give great advice. They cater to a full service including little things like personally offering you a magazine to read and taking your jacket or coat from you and hanging it up. I like the fact that they offer you either tea, coffee, or even just a glass of water. Was a very happy customer while using this salon. The only issues I ever had with this salon were that it is generally quite busy and although it is in a Westfield shopping centre, you can very rarely just pop in to get a trim (still need to book in advance), and it is quite pricy even as far as Westfield hairdressers go.
