I went to them after coming from Europe and being disappointed by a number of different hairdressers and have never looked back. Great personable service, great products and lovely staff. Even when I don't find my favourite hairdresser the others do a great job and look after the entire family

Had a cut and blow dry by April. I was delighted with the results. My hair was so soft and shiny following the treatment she recommended. The salon is lovely and clean and I will definitely be going back.

I have been visiting Kaz for about 4yrs now for a cut and blow dry and have no reason to go anywhere else. Cat always cuts my hair beautifully.
The warm welcome with a cup of tea, the relaxing head massage when my hair is washed, the wonderful cut, smell and feel of my hair when it is finally finished is just amazing.
Yes, it may be a little more pricey than others, but I just love the whole relaxing 'me time' experience every time I go to Kaz and when my hair looks and feels good, I feel good, so in my book it's worth every cent!!
Thankfully, products are for sale but not pushed, but I often ask what has been used on my hair, so have been using Kerastase leave in conditioner for about 3 years. My hair has felt and looked better ever since and I wouldn't go anywhere without it now...a fantastic product!!

From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Costa I felt a valued client and not just another money spinner. Cat evaluated my hair, asked me what I was hoping for - listened to what I was saying - and gave me a quote before handing me over to Bim for a wonderful and relaxing shampoo & treatment. Cat returned and started my transformation! Cutting is one thing - don't need to do that myself, but I find styling quite impossible. Cat explained what she was doing and how I could recreate the same at home, and more than once when I needed to clarify. Another part of the experience I appreciated was that noone pushed any product on me. When I arrived for my 8pm app't, the salon was busy and when finished, tho it was almost closing time, all the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. I look forward to my next visit in 6 weeks.

I received such professional and personal service from the first visit . My hair was severely damaged by a previous hair salon . I went to Kaz in the hope they could help me . From the minute I rang they were understanding, took the time to listen to me and was very gentle and careful with my hair . I initially went to Kaz hair on a special deal and was so impressed I keep going back. Knowing many good hairdressers, the reason is James not only is professional, thorough and highly skilled but he is the first hairdresser in years to transform my hair into not only a fabulous style, but a look and amazing colours I love. He listened , discussed and just got me.., my hair and what is great for me. Everyone is friendly, it is relaxed and yes it costs to have a cut and multiple colour but it is worth every cent. The hair maketh the look!!!
