Great! Hairdressers know what they are talking about, excellent cuts, make you feel very comfortable in chair, tell you what they are doing all the time, a little pricey but you walk out of the salon feeling a million bucks

I love coming here as I'm made to feel special and nothing is too much trouble. I always get a great cut and feel more confident because of it. In the end it's worth the price, though it can be expensive. But, you get what you pay for!

I've been going to Kaz Hair for several years now and I have been really happy with the service. My hairdresser is lovely, attentive and very skilled. I have always been extra pleased with the results. I generally have the works! Colour, foils, cut, blow-dry and styling. Also a wonderful massage with the hair treatment. Free coffee and biscuits too. I am greeted warmly each time I visit and I always look forward to it. My stylist also did the wedding hair for my daughter's wedding and we were all delighted with the results.

Really impressed with the skill and experience of the staff particularly Elese. Excellent reward program too, they are prompt to apply the discount and appear pleased to recognise their valued customers.

The last time I went to Kaz Hair I got a wicked haircut and great customer service for a good price. This time, however, I was almost bullied into buying products and given a lecture on the quality of my shampoo. I can understand wanting to upsell products to customers, but this was unnecessary and made my experience less than a good one.

I always get exceptional service from my hairdresser, Cat. Before my last appointment she hunted down a product that she had introduced me to and knew I would want to buy, but that they did not have in stock. Much appreciated!

My only criticisism is that the salon's chairs do not adjust height enough so as to cater for tall customers who have short hairdressers.

I was very happy with the perm and the set. I have very difficult hair to cope with and Pam did a really good job.

I felt very very pleased with my haircut and colour. The staff were professional,friendly very helpful.The whole experience was very relaxing from the music .the attentivenesss and politeness of the staff and the assurance that you were in very good hands.

Brilliant salon! I had a vague idea of what I wanted my hair to look like, and the hairdresser listened to what I thought, and suggested variations as to what she reccommended for my hair style. A little pricy for those on a budget, but I will definitely be going back!

The staff are always friendly and helpful, love the staff. The cuts they suggest are very good, always stylish and who can resist a good shampoo with a head massage.
