From the outset Chris was professional, friendly and showed an understanding of what we wanted in our duplex development. As we progressed with the build, both Chris and Ryan were patient, had excellent communication and were flexible when we needed to meet. The end result, our dream home, has exceeded expectations and we could not have asked for a better builder to realise our dream. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Keen Construction - competitive, professional and competant. Just outstanding!

Just finished 2 townhouses in Seaford by Keen Construction Co. Overall very happy with Chris. He was always available for direct communication, handled my concerns and questions very well and was very good and reasonable with extras. Throughout the whole process i felt i could trust Chris and even more so after the job is completed. Will recommend Chris to friends as highly professional and very nice person.
