I called Keen to Clean after another company stuffed me around, refused to do the job and tried to demand additional payment in excess of the $425 already agreed. I explained to Keen to Clean that I just wanted my walls washed and I wanted it done properly. I was happy to pay but I wanted the job done well. Nothing was too much trouble for this company. They gave me an hourly rate and said that it was likely to take around 5 hours. They said they could clean anything and that I could instruct the cleaner on the day. They arranged for the work to be done next day - a Saturday! The cleaner showed up with all the equipment required for cleaning walls - ladder, extension handles etc. I explained what I wanted done and he did it. I checked on him twice over the day and he was working hard. When he finished I went in to check the work and it was amazing. The house looked freshly painted and he managed to clean marks off the walls that I thought could not be removed. I paid less than half what I had been quoted by the other company. I have several properties and I will use Keen to Clean for all of them in future. This was a great experience.

We need our office to be cleaned for our board meeting. Our regular cleaner did not turn up and so we were on a hunt for a cleaner urgently. We got through this company and they booked in the job. Came out during the night and did a fabulous clean. Now we have hired this company for our weekly office cleaning.
Rohit the operations manager is very easy to deal with and he understands our concerns and acts accordingly.

I have used Keen to Clean for couple of time, both the visits operator was very polite and did an excellent job.

Money wise also they are cheap. I would totally recommend Keen to Clean to anyone who is looking for professional cleaning services.

We used Keen to Clean to clean our carpets when we moved out of our last house. They were very professional, the operator was very helpful and polite, and best of all, they did a wonderful job.

These guys have come twice to clean my house. I found them to be very polite and hard working. The place really sparkles when they are finished. They always fit me in quickly and are still able to clean while my kids are running around.

I bought 5 vouchers for their services, they only honoured 3... During the first service one of the cleaners severely damaged a new laundry bench top and on a subsequent visit, a two pack kitchen cupboard door... the manager of the Company has ignored 2 letters and 3 phone calls from me...I plan on lodging a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Department unless I receive a response.

I had a soup pot explode in my kitchen on Friday night - called these guys Saturday 8am and had a spotlessly clean kitchen by 3pm the same day. Franchise owner Manish Patel arrived on time to give the quote and his cleaners followed 15minutes later; they worked thoroughly and quickly and were done in only 2.5 hours. They cleaned the ceiling, walls, floor and all exposed items (pots, pans, dishes, you name it) and were polite, professional and nothing short of exceptional. I totally recommend Keen to Clean Williamstown!

I found this company via a google search and tried them for the first time to steam clean carpets

I was very impressed at work done, the young man was polite, hard working and strived to give my carpets the best ever cleaning he could

He was running late but was courteous in ringing me giving me plenty of notice to keep me informed at his arrival time.

I was given a quote of the works required, after he had a look at the carpets. Once i was happy with the price he commenced working.
