(1) Arms, and mentioned tennis elbow pain, massage was pleasant and seemed to help condition.
(2) Again arms and shoulders, some months later, no pain at this time, and massage was again well executed.

MOST unprofessional Business EVER!
I was a weekly customer and was very disappointed in with this business owner how unprofessional she was and was disgusted on how I was spoken too.
She had a loyalty card for regular customers like myself and would get stamps every week after my girlfriend and I would have our weekly treatment.
One this particular day we arrived for our treatment and when it was time to pay we presented our loyalty cards that we had accumulated over 6 months. We we're able to receive one free massage so between the two of us and pay for one but the owner wasn't happy to honour the free massage and tells us how do we expect her to pay for her staff if she gives it for FREE.
It's not about the money I can't believe how rude she was she started yelling at myself and then she Rudely started speaking in another language infront of us to other staff and trying to make out like we didn't receive the treatments.
WILL NEVER GO AGAIN
And will tell everyone about this dishonest Operator.

I usually had remedial massage there, but the masseur who did to me suddenly disappeared.They said he is just one day off. Then I called for booking ,they said one week to two weeks off even one month. I'm wondering if he not works there anymore.But kelly didn't tell me the truth, so I've been waiting for my masseur to return. I feel really bad even I tried another! Other masseur I don't think they do remedial ,it is just a general massage.The treatment is completely different!

I have been a regular client for years and am so pleased Kelly now has her own shop. She is one of the best around. Kelly is thorough and quickly finds & relieves the source of any muscular problem. There should be more good reviews here, we'd been recommended this place by lots of people and finally went last week. Have been to about 5 other massage places around the city - this place tops the list for us. On our first visit we noticed several customers are clearly regulars. As it happens we will be too.

Ok Port Melbourne, here we go....... Fineally we have an excellent massage therapist. Kelly is amazing and very well priced. She is very attentive to my needs with specific area targeting each time when I present with ailments from headaches to sciatic pain. Kelly is very flexible and has always seen me everytime I have just turned up without an appointment. Her hours are accomodating and the overall service is very friendly and 5 star.
