I would probably only got to this place if i needed bread or a simple cake. Their sausage rolls were very average as was their choc slice. The service was ok, not met with a smile and it was very busy on my visit but staff were behind the counter talking to each other and ignoring customers

I'm a bit torn on this place. It is a really nice little bakery wit great service and some of the yummiest vanilla slices I have had (and I have had a few LOL) but and it is a massive BUT. I am not a fan of their pies. I have a tried them more than once and the pastry is a bit thick and the meat is nothing special. Give them a go as it is a great bakery and their vanilla slice is great.

This place is a little gem. I love the fresh cakes, especially the Vanilla Slice. Coffee is ok, but the cakes and bread and pies are always fresh. Prices are very cheap in comparison to the inner metro bakerys. I come here often for a treat.

Approximate cost: $5

I was on a Historial Weekend around Kilmore and we were doing a walk around the town when someone of us smelt this yummy smell wafting through the door of the bakery and decided to stop to try a scrumptous home made treat.

Mmm - Lovely sweet treat!!

Best pies and tarts around but other items can be a bit hit and miss. Always lovely service and overall reasonable value.

This was a family favourite growing up...the pies are amazing. I now live in Sydney but always try to visit when i head back to Kilmore every year. I wish they could deliver to Sydney!!

This bakery makes beautiful freshly made pies & pasties. It's a bit tucked away as there is another bakery up the road which is alot bigger & offers alot more, but this one is popular with the tradies. There are always guys in there & if you don't get there at the start of the lunch run, you might just miss out.
