This review is based on my personal experience.
Firstly the cosnsult fee is $195.
NO OTHER clinic charges a consult fee for injectables but since it was coming off the procedure cost i paid.
The consult was ok i guess. It was done via ZOOM.
DR Natasha said she was heavily booked out but she said she would squeeze me in. The earliest appoint was 7 weeks away. I pencilled this in and took the day off work.
I got sent forms to sign and return.
A week before my appointment I messaged the clinic to ask for payment forms for the deposit for the upcoming booking.
The clinic could not find my booking. Apparently I didn't have one. So I waited 7 weeks for nothing.
So unprofessional.
This resulted in lost wages as i took the whole day off.
The clinic said they would try and book in me another day although DR Natasha is heavily booked out so it would be another couple months wait.
I declined and asked for a refund of the consult fee which they agreed too twice. They then decided i wasn't going to get it and reneged on the refund.
I think im most upset about all the other procedures I wanted to have done there.
HANDS DOWN the most unprofessional & dysfunctional company I have dealt with.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who asks.
I work in beauty so I deal with alot of clients.
Approximate cost: $195
I don't want to go into details but i most likely would not go back.. this s not related to the DR but his staff.
After being in lockdown for 8 months I decided to treat myself to a cut and blow wave.My sister was getting her hair coloured so I decided to meet up with her and get mine cut. I live in regional Vic so it was a 3 hour round trip.
When I got to the salon , the hairdresser asked me what i had in mind. I showed her a picture. My hair was long past my bra strap all one length.
I asked for a medium length textured cut and style. After washing my hair i showed her the picture again to make sure she knew how i wanted it cut. I told her verbatim "do not cut my hair into a bob" as this is what happened to me a couple of years ago when i last had my hair cut.
At no time did she ask me or show me what length she was cutting. My sister saw her make the first cut and commented on how short it was...
When she came around to the front she cut my hair on a concave, and at the stage stage i thought, "she has cut it into a bob".. i requested medium length hair to sit just below the shoulder. She cut my hair 3 inches too short and just to the length of my chin, into a bob... She then said she couldn't layer it as it was too short and she said sorry.. She then proceeded to finger dry it. No styling added at all. I was furious.I put my hair into a tiny scraggly ponytail and went to sit with my sister and told her how upset i was.. There were a few customers around who were shocked at how bad my hair was. They offered me a free treatment in leu of the mistake but made me pay for the cut and finger dry. I told the receptionist i was not happy and she laughed it off and said "it will grow" ..My hair looked like it was cut by a 1st year apprentice with no clue. I did not cause a scene at the salon but emailed them later on when i got home and requested a refund. They out right refused and said it is not their policy but would like me to come back to have another hairdresser fix my hair.
I told them no unless they plan on putting extensions in my hair but no one was going to cut it..
I emailed them again a few days later and still got told no refund.
I disputed the transaction and got my money back through my bank.. How is the salon award winning? What hairdresser has won awards as it definitely wasn't the one who cut my hair off. If that was my salon that hairdresser would be looking for another job.. The attitude of the receptionist was beyond disgraceful, she should not be working in customer service at all.

To say I am upset is an understatement.
I have spent yrs growing my hair out. I have an autoimmune disease which causes my hair to thin out so trying to grow it is super hard. My hair was down to my bra line all one length.
I booked myself in for a treat thinking if I go to an "Award winning salon" I would get a decent cut..
I brought in a Picture of what I wanted. I showed the hairdresser and specifically told her DO NOT CUT MY HAIR INTO A SHORT BOB.This was verbatim..
Showed her the picture twice..
I wanted a medium length textured cut and style just below the shoulders..
I ended up with a short bob 2 inchs above my shoulders.
I told her I hated it , there's no layers.. she apologised and said " it's too short to layer now"
There was no style to it , she finger dried it.
I told the receptionist I was not happy but still had to pay.the receptionist was "oh well we cant stick it back on can we" very blazé...
They gave me a free treatment.
Upon contacting the salon requesting a refund the manager /owner said clearly there was miscommunication between me and the hairdresser and basically said we have a no refund policy.
What i padi for looked like it was cut by a first year apprentice..
My hair is 3 inches too short and crooked.
I have a function to attend Feb 2021 and now my hair is too short to style
Im now seeking legal advice.
If i could post photos I would.

Fake reviews , in my opinion, just look at the dates posted , all days apart.Wow so busy and then nothing for years.... how do they survive?
No idea how to cut even with a picture for reference.
You get what you pay for ..cheap service, bad job....
NO offer of refreshments. Hairdresser had no social skills .Couldn't/wouldn't hold a conversation.
I've worked in top salons 15 yrs. This is one of the worst cuts I recieved.
Blow wave was nice it lasted 3 days.
This is the only honest review posted here.

This is the worst business i have ever dealt with.Cleaning way below average.
Cleaners were belittling the owner.
Very expensive and only for basic clean which had to be redone each time after cleaner left.
This was a TAC claim .
After i got rid of them, for doing a poor job, they kept billing the TAC for services they had not even performed.
This is now under investigation.

This is possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with. I order blinds from them in August 2012 and according to the website they would take 10-14 days. I got them 4 weeks later. They were the wrong colour and wrong design.
I had to send them back, at my cost, within 7 days according to their refund/exchange policy.
They said to me the new blinds would take another 14 days. I needed these for a house I was selling.
OCT 16th i still had no blinds and the only contact was via mobile phone, which they never answer. I emailed them through the website a dozen times with no reply. I applied to Consumer Affairs and they called the company for me who said I would get a refund within the week .. Needless to say I did not, so I then had to go to VCAT and pay $38.80. In the meantime I had to get new blinds elsewhere and I waited till Jan 2013 to get refunded. This is the dodgiest place I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone. Stay Away from them.

I regularly shop here as there s no Bunnings in my area. The staff are super nice and very helpful. I could drive down the road to Bunnings but I like the service here and dont mind paying a bit extra to get it.
Approximate cost: $n/a
I occassionally shop at Wallan Woolworths but not often because I find the fruit and Veg not fresh at all. On a number of occassions I have purchased watermelon it was slimy and had been defrosted. It was not fresh. None of the fruit and veg is. I will only shop here if I need to buy dog biscuits because Coles dont sell the VIP holistic brand.
Approximate cost: $15
This place is a little gem. I love the fresh cakes, especially the Vanilla Slice. Coffee is ok, but the cakes and bread and pies are always fresh. Prices are very cheap in comparison to the inner metro bakerys. I come here often for a treat.
