Very good quality of food for a buffet, everyone enjoyed the variety. Good ambience, clean; and top service. They have a massive selection and the desserts are amazing. Everything is fresh and tasty and made from the best ingredients.

This place is good for families or groups. Seating is spacious and plentiful. The buffet is of a decent quality - you get what you pay for and there is enough of a range to satisfy everyone's palate. We went during dinnertime

Approximate cost: $24

Beautiful food. Many dishes...entryes...soups...steaks...salads...and last but not least ...DESERTS (ha ha ha...when I went they had at least 10 types). I couldn't decide. We paid 17$/person during week. In weekends is expensive. 30$

I can't believe how cheap this place is. The quality is excellent for the price you pay. Best of all it's all you can eat.

Approximate cost: $17.50

Really good buffet style eating! The only thing is if you really love prawns / oysters - don't expect to be able to eat as much of these as you like. You get a card on entry and that entitles you to 12 prawns and 6 oysters.
Other than that, there's a wide selection and the dessert bar is really good.
Extremely well priced too seeing as it is in Crown Casino.
Staff are good at quickly moving away unwanted plates / glasses etc.
The place gets extremely busy though, and if you haven't booked, expect to be waiting a while to get in there.
Drinks are a little more expensive but that is to be expected for its location and the cheapness of the buffet.

I have been here a few times for dinner buffet. The food is good, especially when the prawns are fresh. There is a fair bit of range of dishes to chose from depending on the day you go there and what the chefs have prepared.

Sometimes the roast meat is not actual roast, but the cheaper cut silverside which is cooked rather than roasted. They do have a lovely range of desserts which are presented in small bite sized cups.

It does get very busy! The line to enter the buffet is at times very long and you can wait for up to an hour, especially if it is mothers' day or a special occassion. Sometimes it also gets quite loud. So if you're after an intimate experience forget it.

It is situated where the King's Buffet used to be, but since King's Buffet was for over 18 patrons only, when they re-decorated that area of crown they opened Kitchen Workshop and now children can also eat here.

Approximate cost: $26

A lot of people will avoid buffets at all costs, but Kitchen Workshop is a pleasant surprise. The food is tasty, and seems to be pretty good quality, especially for the price. We usually go for a weekday lunch, and arrive early to avoid it being too crowded. The teppanyaki bar is a bit of fun too. The dessert bar is an absolute ripper, and if you find something you like, then you're set. The chocolate pudding with meringue topping was awesome, and I am also a massive fan of their caramel profiteroles. If you want classy, go elsewhere, but if you want good food, value, and variety, without the frills, this is great!

Approximate cost: $19

We have tried the Kitchen Workshop twice now and where even more impressed with the food the second time round.
Great range and nice and fresh.
The dessert bar was a huge hit.
There where 6 in our party, ranging from age 13 to 43 and all happy and satisfied.
We will be going back.
If you are looking for a "smorgasbord" style restaurant I would give this one a go.

Approximate cost: $31.50 per head

A very well priced buffet, with a great range of food, from different cultures, to choose from. While not all the food they had was fantastic (the teppenyaki was so-so), the rest of the quality food made up for it. They even have a chocolate fountain.
