Dr. Sam Parera provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy. His expertise, attentiveness, and reassuring demeanor made the entire experience positive. He took the time to address all concerns, fostering a sense of confidence and trust. Grateful for his support during such a crucial time. We are very thankful to the doctor and other staff.

Excellent service been seeing same gp since 2006. She is very kind understanding [redacted due to clinical content] Think this dr needs some customer service skills from my normal gp who always books me in to see her even when its an urgent app is needed and has excellent manners receptionists staff are marvelous .

She is very kind, caring and patient-centred. She seems to treat every patient as an individual, not just a number, and has an excellent memory - she always remembers things even when there is a great stretch between visits.

Trustworthy and reliable.

I went to this surgery as a young child. To give a little background, my mother is quite a hypochondriac and so, going to the surgery again when I moved back into the area, I was surprised when the doctor, who remembered me, didn't take my health concern seriously as he somehow thought I was my mother's daughter in that way.

The physical problem I had ended up being serious enough that I had to visit the hospital.

I believe that this group of doctors is probably great if you don't have that kind of history. But I was less than pleased with the response I received, unfortunately.

They do bulk bill, which is good.

Fresh new premises make this a very inviting doctors surgery. I've never had any issues with any of the doctors here, and while appointments can be hard to get (depending on who you want to see), waiting times are usually reasonable (in my experience). Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly and supportive staff (Doctors, nurses, clerical staff), clean facilities and bright open waiting room (even magazines less then 10yrs old!). Unfortunately they don't bulk bill unless you have a health care card or are under 16yrs old. It can also be hard to get appointments with specific Doctors without long waits and often running late with appointments. After hours service is available. Really having the surgery located so close to IMVS, dentist, etc.

These doctors take a holistic approach - weight, blood pressure etc. They listen to what your problem is and don't just hand out pills. They take an interest in your health and have the backup services (physio - dental - podiatrist - imvs) all in the same centre. There premises are clean and inviting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes they will bulk bill for private patients.
