I started getting my lashes done here about 7 months ago now and I'm addicted! I booked a natural set for a formal occasion as a once off and now I get them refilled every 2-3 weeks as they're so good to have every day and make getting ready easier so I have extra time to sleep in the morning!! I booked for a facial and a natural set of lashes. Couldn't be happier! Skin feels great and the room was lovely so too were the two staff who looked after me. Only thing I found a little frustrating was having to fill out two forms. One for facial and another for lashes Would be good if they could consolidate. I'll be back next month.

If I could give those place 0 stars I would. Unprofessional, rude and do not care about their customers at all.
I went there after hearing some good reviews, but my experience was something of a horror story.
The young girl that was doing my refill eyelashes managed to rip out an old eyelash and felt like searing hot pain in my eyeball. I yelped out and when I opened my eyes, they were so sore to open. The staff complimented my eyelashes and when I got home I was shocked to find my sore eye was completely blood shot and raging red.
The next day I slept all day as it was too painful to open.
The 3rd day I called to explain what happened and all I got was an unempathetic, awkward woman on the phone who basically told me to get eye drops and that it was just a reaction. And that she would find out "both sides". Uh what?! I was the one with the excruciating blood shot eye!
I went to the doctors on the 4th day and he told me I had a severe eye infection and prescribed me antiobiotic eye drops. I paid $60 for the refills and $70 for my doctors bill. Disgusted with this "business",I decided to send an email and ask for my money back. The staff member who replied was just like the other staff, was umempathetic and rude in her email. She even had the audacity to blame ME for my infected eye, that I must have "irritated it myself". These people are a joke to beauty industry and treat their customers like a wallet and that's it. I went there and spent $60 for an infected eye and a doctors bill on top. No refund, no empathy. No self respecting company should ever treat people this way.
Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. There's a lot kinder and more professional people elsewhere.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Love those Lashes in both Kew and Sydney and have had only exceptionally enjoyable experiences. The staff are friendly and entirely competent and knowledgeable about the services and products provided. The facials are relaxing and I now use the products recommended on my skin and the improvement is unbelievable. My eyebrows are exactly to order and the shellac perfect and long lasting. Best of all I love love love my lashes - a big thank you to the girls! I would highly recommend Love those Lashes for all beauty services I guarantee you will leave feeling relaxed, beautiful and booked in for more.

I recently got my lashes done at Love Those Lashes Paddington and they would have to be the most amazing lashes ever. So in love!! Also had a microdermabrasion facial left feeling a million dollars. Staff are very welcoming with exceptional service :)

Jut had Russian volume 3d-6d lashes applied and my eyes have never looked so amazing!! Will be telling all of my friends. The girls are lovely and the beds are so comfortable with electric blankets to keep you warm :)

TERRIBLE! Got the worst 3/4 arm wax of my life there. The hairs were just breaking, so instead of trying another approach, they went over the skin 6+ times with the wax resulting in not only a terrible job, but lots of skin on both arms being removed. It was only when I got home that I realised how bad it was. I have been getting waxed for years and have never had someone remove skin and not the hair! I have never felt compelled to write a review, until now - although they were apologetic, it was truly a horrible experience. Will never go back.

I am thrilled with my new lashes. My technician was fabulous and friendly and went through exactly what would suit me. The rearranging of the appointment was a pain but that was a minor issue when I saw the gorgeous quality. The salon is beautiful - clean, white and super luxurious!
