Buyer beware! avoid!

BUYER BEWARE. Read through all the real reviews with pictures (I wish I did) and only buy from here if you like wasting your time and money. I have been sent this damaged product and had been trying to return it and get it exchanged for an undamaged item for almost a month now. All the back and forth emails and still it hasn’t been resolved. They have scheduled to pick the item up TWICE already and I wasted 2 days waiting for them and no one came, I cannot waste anymore time on this, this is very unacceptable. Now, I am requesting for a refund as they have a 30 day money back guarantee as per their website. I hope Gileanne can assist me in that, at least she replies to the emails and tries to help.

Avoid this company. Luxoliving has a rating of 1.6 on the reputable platform Trustpilot. Check out hundreds of 1 star reviews before give them your money.
I tried, no money, no furniture!

I'm so upset I didn't do this before giving my money to this scam and fraudulent company! Avoid Luxoliving!

Do not buy from this company

I wish I had read other reviews. Bought 4 Merla Puffy chairs and all are defective. The backrests come out completely from the seat when pulled out from table. They also sit crooked. These chairs are dangerous to sit in and could cause serious injury. Luxo have evaded dealing with this matter for over 3 weeks and are charging me re stocking and shipping fees to return defective items. Appalling! Please do not buy from this company, read other reviews and see how shoddy their items seem to be as stated by other customers. I am taking this matter to consumer affairs

Not a scam. I repeat... NOT A SCAM.

I ordered before reading the reviews and was immediately stressed after i saw them. I was in doubt the whole time but the customer service was so accessible and always answered any of my queries or concerns promptly.... within seconds.

The tracking number didnt work which sucks. But the package showed up when it said it would and in perfect condition. Easy to assemble and came with instructions.

I will definitely order again in the future and i am so sorry for those who have had a bad experience because the quality and affordability of the furniture is unmatched.

I bought a set of chairs from LUXO in 2021 with 3 year warranty plan.
The chairs were not used until my house was built and have had approximately 3 months of use.
The welds on two of the chairs have completely failed, and are not safe for use.

i contacted them to arrange a replacement or refund and was advised they would initially offer me a $25 credit to keep the broken chairs, and updated to a $15 credit for the chairs.

They originally said they have the item in stock they will only give me a pro rata rate of how many years of warranty is left , which is three months.
I paid $227 including shipping each for 4 sets of the chairs.

and apparently they are now only worth $15.
They arranged a courier to collect them, after advising me that they were arranging a replacement, and as soon as they were picked up, advised they would only offer a $15 refund.
Absolute SCAM.

I bought two chairs from the 2 years ago with 3 year warranty plan. now just after 2 years one the chair base metal has totally collapsed and broken completely and the other one is about to break if someone sits on it.
i reach out to them that its still in warranty i want it to be replace/ refund or gave me something of equal value from their store.
To my surprise they don't have any warranty policy like this and they don't even mention it when you buy from them . they are saying as they dont have the item in stock they will only give me a pro rata rate of how many years of warranty is left , which is only one year left. this is the worst company i have ever dealt with . why would i buy a chair of worth 329$ to last me only 2 years and then you coming up to say as you have only one year left so you will have only 137$. NEVER I HAVE CAME ACROSS THIS THING . so disappointed how they fake warranty. after 2 years they giving me 137$ , even cheaper smaller stores have better warranty policy if it breaks down with in the warranty period.
the issue hasn't resolved yet.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and after 7 months I am still waiting on my full refund.
They sent the wrong item to begin with, then I had to wait weeks for this issue to be rectified. Once the new item was sent and the mistake collected, I was beyond disappointed with the quality of the couch and the dimensions do not match the website. It may suit a waiting room, however it is too small in depth to sit on as an actual couch.
After being advised I could return the couch for a refund, however as per their policy I would have to pay for shipping, plus lose the refund on my initial shipping cost, $50 deduction if not in the correct packaging cardboard and a 10% fee for the company to re-sell.... at full price. So they make money, which personally feels like a scam. This equates to losing 50% of the initial price.
After being told my couch would be collected from the courier company, no one ever turned up on the day stated, please note I waited at home for 12 separate days for no one to come. Then they would arrive four days later, with one person. Who informed me they can't carry the item and what other informed if the size and items. This went on for weeks until I contacted everyone again.
Please also be aware that I have both called and emailed the manager and I have received zero contact for 7 months now.
I am now forced to go to the Ombudsman to have this matter resolved.

Please do not purchase anything from this company!!
