I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They just want money and love to waste your time. They couldn’t even fix my issue and demanded more money without any sort of reasoning. Very arrogant technicians and rude staff as well. Please don’t waste your time with this lot.

I engaged then to fix a freezer.
The guy arrived-pressedthe on/pff button then ran his finger in one motion overthe other adjacent buttons and declared'it does not work' then I said 'fixit' -He said it needs a new compressor, will need to be taken of sight and a new compressor $2000-#3300 and collect and return $350.I asked himif he was going to look atbthe compressorvand he said they are not allowed to asit may blow up.
He did not touch the back of the freezer or anything .I aked him for the bill and he wrote it out for $175 then aggressivly demanded payment instantly. If the kids were not at home I would not have paid him-he was intemidating.
Just a shocking gouging exercise.
SO IT WOULD HAVE COST TO REPAID OVER $2500 ALL UP.
When I answered the door he had no tools no bag only a thin folder under his arm-it was the bill pad-he knew what he was going to do and say before even seeing the machine

Approximate cost: $175

Had an arrogant technician with a poor attitude assess our washing machine and abruptly advised that a part was required and that we get a call the next day. A few days later no response from Marlow so we called and were advised that it is unlikley that a part could be sourced due to the age of the machine. Called in someone else who identified that the issue was simply a faulty fuse which took 5 mins to replace. Have used Marlow before without issue but looks like they have lost the plot now.

Approximate cost: $145

I have Whirpool washing machine still under warranty. This morning the door would not open after it had finished the washing. Call Whirpool who confirm that it was still under warranty and told me that Marlow Appliances would contact me, as it was urgent I asked for their number and I called them. A very sympathitic lady by the name of Robyn listened to my dilemma and had a technician out to me and the door was fixed by 2pm that same day. BRILLIANT

Approximate cost: $0
