I have used MHC at a previous property and again they were prompt and offered excellent advice at my new property for heating and cooling. They are very easy to deal with and no question is too difficult. The installers were friendly and left my property neat & tidy.

MH&C installed installed a ducted aircon system and two splits in our home during an extensive renovation. The team had to work in with the builder as the project was staged. We found MH&C very well organised, were supportive in working with our schedule and all the team was very polite. The workmanship was great and they took great care of our house, cleaning up after themselves when jobs were finished. I have already recommended 3 people to them will continue to do so.

Everything in my dealings with Maroondah heating & Cooling was very simple and extremely efficient. I have a Bonaire Evaporative Cooler installed. Overall happy with every aspect of my experience with Maroondah Heating & Cooling. Everyone I dealt with were friendly, respectful, thoughtful and professional. Dave the sales consultant called me the day before to confirm, he was respectful and engaging. Wade, Phil and Sootch were equally respectful and thoughtful. They had drop sheets to catch falling plaster, had a vacuum and broom to clean up after themselves and explained how to use the evaporative cooler. When I had a question they couldn't answer, they were happy to call someone to check the answer. Also, when I thanked one of the workers for removing their shoes, they answered, that's part of the job. I would highly recommend them!

On time. Professional. Friendly interaction. Product knowledge. Tradespersons that were on sight were skilled in their trade. Apprentices were supervised. Cleaned up at the completion. No surprises with extra work or costs. Quote was performed by the owner of the business so it was good to see the boss on top of things. I would recommend highly.

I recently had a Daikin air conditioner installed and I want to congratulate you on the professionalism of the whole process - from the way my initial contact by phone gave me immediate confidence in how you operate (I would like to have remembered the person's name), to the clear and expert way Dave Cullen presented the quote, and to the cheerful and impressive way the installers went about their work. It was an experience I hope to find whenever I am purchasing something but rarely find. And I am very pleased with the Daikin.
