The Mayfair Prop Team are on top of what needs to be paid, managed, reviewed and tenancy isssues. I do not have to keep track of rent payments, bills or insurances or any concerns. I am advised accordingly of what is happening with my properties an if my attention is needed.

I've traditionally used franchised property managers and in my experience, I'd say that they turn over every 12 months or so.
