Renting through Mayfair has been hassle free and straightforward. They really take care of tenants in a professional and prompt manner, something that isn't always the case in the industry! I would recommend them highly to both property owners and prospective tenants alike.

Little things are done really well - for instance as renters in a new property, they have reached out to us about getting repairs done before we have even had the chance to ask. When we moved in keys were neatly labelled so we knew which went where and I've never seen a more thorough and accurate condition report coming from an REA's side.

Mayfair break the common stereotype that REAs don't really care much about renters - given the service we've been provided by them as renters, I imagine that they would also be a class above the big chains when buying or selling property.

I can't recommend them enough - Lauren and Leigh exude professionalism and enthusiasm in what they do and execute their work to a very high standard.
