I have used Mazuma on 3 separate occasions and each time the service has been easy, efficient and excellent.
I used the bank deposit option on this occasion, they emailed me to let me know my payment would be in the bank the next morning and take a couple of days to process. I had the $ in the bank the same day, ready to go.
I highly recommend this service.

Mazuma Mobile are mobile phone recyclers and they make it fast and easy to recycle your phone and if it's valuable, to give you money for it. The whole process was hassle free and quick. It's all done online and a pre paid post satchel is supplied. I felt good giving up an unwanted mobile for a better purpose and reuse.

i love this place just go online put in the ime no and i find out what the phone is worth then fill in the details and within a few days have the package ready to send it back then within a few day the money is deposited into my bank great service and friendly staff to help you when you need it

Easy process, when it comes to your old mobile phone(and those from your friends:) Once you have catagolised your mobiles with brand and sim on their webside, you get send out a padded envelope. Minimal work for you with maximum support in case you have any questions.

Absolutely great, staff are always standing by to help, offered great prices, and the whole system was extremely efficient.

These guys were great. The process was dead simple and I got a great price for a mobile that had definately seen better days was just sitting in a draw. I would recomend them for sure.

I recycled a couple of mobile phones through these guys and was pleasantly surprised.

I didn't want to sell the phones on eBay as they'd both given me some grief and thought this would be a better option as it meant they'd be refurbished before being passed on to someone else with a new lease of life. I probably didn't get as much as I could have got on eBay, but they owed me nothing so it was worthwhile.

The process for recycling with them was quick and painless, with step by step information all the way on what I needed to do.

Would I use them again? If the circumstances were the same surrounding the handsets, then yes I reckon I would.

I like the fact they even take phones that aren't working (provided they meet a couple of basic criteria).
