Staff are rude and always get orders wrong. the restaurant and car part is a mess. as you drive around the area there is mcdonalds rubbish in the surrounding streets.

The food was fresh, was a little bit late though they apologized . The chips were crispy and tasted really yum. Over all I was happy, the customer service was great.

Ordered burger here, 14 minutes late! Staff didn't even apologies or help when a milkshake was tipped on the floor and people slipped over. What is going on here?

The staff taking orders in the drivethru are usually very impatient. Some are quite rude. The staff handing out the food didn't say anything to us, she just shoved the bag out the window and left when we took it. I couldn't believe how rude they were and I was disappointed to find my burgers drowned in sauce and with dry, hard burger buns.

Not a bad Mcdonalds. Good play area for the kids under shelter. Good service. Has the Mc Cafe. Only problem always check your meal in the drive thru as something is missed very often.

Compared to other McDonald restaurants, I am disappointed with the service and quality of the burgers. Often in the drive thru, food is either not placed into the bag or the wrong burger is often given. I find the fries either too salty or overcooked and the burgers dry.

They allways miss something from my order or get it wrong. kids dont like burgers with pickles or mustard. for get sauce with nuggets, for get straws for the drinks

Drive Thru was very quick, however they got our order wrong. We did ring them when we got home and noticed the order was wrong. They were helpful and are sending us vouchers.
