My husband Mark has been in meatlover heaven since Billy came to town.You can not go past his quality, knowledge and service. He will even source special requests for you and supplies rarer cuts and game.

We love buying our meat from Billy's. The quality of the meat is always the best, and we don't mind paying for the best. The guys are very friendly and helpful, they work really hard and seem to love their job. We don't buy our meat from anywhere else, and we'd buy organic chicken from Billy's too if only they stocked it. They make the most amazing sausages. I love the whole "shopping at Billy's" experience.

I love Billy's. It's the first butcher I've ever felt compelled to buy from on a weekly basis. When we're having guests, there are special things to buy like lamb cutlets, wagyu roast and rib eye on the bone. And when we're having a budget week, there's a huge selection of delicious sausages to choose from. They are more than happy to magic up whatever you want from out the back if you can't see it in the cabinet, whether it's tenderised veal fillets for schnitzels or an 'undressed' leg of lamb. As Billy said to my Dad who was asking him about the quality of the wagyu roast, 'you won't be disappointed'.

THE most AMAZING meat you will find in town. Consistently brilliant cuts very well presented and service that's an absolute pleasure to experience. An old school touch of business ownership mixed with great new flavor influences you'll keep going back for time and time again!

It is not the cheapest cuts in town but I find the products to be consistently of a very high standard so consider it to be money well spent. They also a really appetising range of sausages

Always met with a smile, very good range of standard butcher's fare, some best in class top-range goods (Wagyu ramp for example), well considered deli selection as well which makes it easy for me to shop for a gourmet meal. The staff enjoy a discussion about how to cook the cuts too - and it goes both ways (so they learn from their customers).

The quality of the meat is top notch. The service is friendly, unhurried and personal, all the boys love a joke. Billy has excellent value for money considering the quality of the products. There is always something new to try and lots of expert tips on how to get the best out of meat you have chosen. I look forward to very visit!

This place just keeps getting better. Top quality meats, olives, feta cheeses, condiments- just keeps growing. The place is spotless, the service friendly and personal and Billy has a smile and a heart of kindness that is hard to find in any business these days. Well done!!

Billy offers a top shelve service package worth bottleling ...love it. I don't buy anywhere else. Good on you Billy.

Meat@Billys is what going to a butcher's shop used to be like before supermarkets took over their business and government laws disallowed the use of sawdust on the floors and wooden butchers blocks. The warmth of welcome, great personal service and kindness shown by all of Billy's staff is second to none. The quality of meat for the money is amazing value. The rib eye on the bone, lamb racks, flat pancetta and lardons are especially noteworthy.Support local business. By the way the baker and green grocer next door means that you have the convenience of a supermarket for your entire meal but the freshness and prices of small business. Keep on the good work!

New to Brisbane and I visit daily. The products are amazing, service exemplary and presentation and variety outstanding. I will never buy anywhere else now. Can't rave about this place enought!!!

on behalf of my parents who are locals they RAVE about this place, they have never returned to a supermarket for any of their meat, great going guys! my parents are hard to impress!

We've been using Meat @ Billy's for just over 2 years now, regardless of where we move to in Bris we always head to Billy's for our meat, we tend to buy in bulk so we purchase enough for up to 2 weeks making prices wonderfully competitive as their quality meats last longer, the gents are always friendly and happy to help whether it be to split your meats into meal size portions for you, ensuring that there's enough of everything in each portion to suggesting various marinades or cooking techniques. When ever there is a BBQ with friends we make sure we take some of their marinated lamb chops and lamb burgers which are always a great hit! Most butchers these days lack the "Friendly Local" feeling that you used to get everywhere which makes Billy's one of the stand-a-lone places where buying meat is actually enjoyable.

Just started buying my meat from Billy's. The meat is of a high quality, staff are great. Feel welcome every time I walk through the door.

The quality of the meat and other products (eggs, sauces etc) is exceptional - good variety with lots of options for roasts as well as great whole chickens and ducks. The staff are always friendly and provide good advice on options for BBQs and cooking styles. They also provide a lot of support for local schools and the community in general.

Got to support the local!! Great butcher with a touch of the old school, open and close the door for you. We buy nothing from Woolworths now that Billy is running the butcher. You may pay a bit extra (although most of the meat is very competitive) but the service is great. Happy to get in something if they don't have it, will joint meat to your specification and even support my daughters kindergarten. Thank Billy and Team...great service

Specialized down to earth service and local butcher. This is how Butchers used to be like offering great advice on what to cook for a party and the best way also! The Sausages are great too!

It's hard to find a lot of independent butcher shops around the place these days but this one is great. The butchers really care about their job and are quick to recommend something to you. I love their pork and apple sausages and they have an amazing array of deli items too.

The best butcher on Brisbane's Northside hands down! Top quality meat, great customer service. I won't go anywhere else and everytime I have people over for dinner they rave about how good the meat is!

This is honestly the best Service, Quality and Value I've received in a very long time. It's so hard to find businesses these days that take the time to really treat their customers well while also applying the same consistency and high standards to the quality of product. Billy is always hands on in his approach and always provides excellent information on how to best prepare different meats and supply's quick and easy meal ideas for busy wives and mothers. This is the way butchers used to be. High Quality. High Service and Value. I am prepared to pay the right price for quality meat. Some of the best cuts for the BBQ, excellent cooking mince and burger patties, good eating sausages.

I became a customer of Billys on the first day he opened. Billy and all the boys provide fantastic service and always provide advice on how to cook and what cut will cook best when asked. I have recommended them to many of my friends who are now customers and will continue recommended them. The best recommendation you can get is when a fussy 3 year old is asked what she wants for dinner and she says "Billy Meat" or "Chicken Bites" with such enthusiasm. Good work boys keep it up!

We have been regular customers of Meat @ Billy's for over a year and a half now, and despite a move to the opposite side of town we still purchase all our meat there. I have nothing but good things to say about both the products and service and now refuse to buy meat from anywhere else. Absoutely everything I have tried at Billy's I would recommend, especially the beef satay stir fry!
