This is the second time we have engaged Melbourne Test & Tag's services to complete a safety check and Test & Tag our Childcare Centre. The phone call to make the booking was polite and very efficient. The serviceman Theo and his team arrived on time and was friendly professional and very knowledgeable. We engaged Theo from Melbourne Test & Tag to ensure our equipment and office provided a safe environment for all. Theo was very professional he was on time and conscious of the fact that while he was doing his job we still needed to be able to do our work. The beauty of Theos service was the communication in advance he was able to clearly tell us how he would be working through the office and which areas would be affected and for how long this allowed us to structure our teams day so that there was minimal time lost for each employee. Theo was courteous to all the team members and the whole team enjoyed his humour. He also provided constructive feedback and a report on our office hazards so as to ensure we could keep our office safe at all times.
