Bad Customer Service
I ordered a cheese hamper for a family member for a gift from Milk a Cow -web site, and chose a day and time when to pick up from the store. The order was placed a week head of time & day. The day comes to pick up hamper. I ring up store 1 hour early to check to see if my order is ready, but phone rings out, so I ring back 15min later, same thing, no answer and it just rings out .so I try again 10min later, same thing. I rang 6 times over all.
I make my way to the shop to pickup my hamper that I have paid for a week head of time and with a booked time and day to pick it up. Note it’s a 45min drive for me to Milk the cow store. I arrive at store right on time to pick up the order, only to be told it’s not ready/ has not arrived to the store yet, team member says “ sorry sort staff today, come back in 2 hours time” I reply can I have a refund please, staff member says no can do,See you later.
I came back 2 hours later, to no sorry no nothing, here is your cheese hamper. Don’t order things from them on line, they don’t care for customers at all.

One of my most favourite places in Melbourne!! It’s all about the cheese, so yum, with the wine, it’s living the dream! Love how they bring more crackers etc at no charge. Need to go visit again ASAP.

Such a great idea- I lovvveee cheese and wine, so pairing these together and making a whole meal out of it was perfect!
The cheeses were delicious, and nice and variable. The wines matched them perfectly and the accompaniments weren't overpowering.
Staff were knowledgable and friendly, and despite having to wait for a table, we were happily seated at the bar in the interim.
On a separate occasion, I bought a cheese platter to take away- again, delicious and well chosen cheeses, and staff were great. I'll definitely be coming back and stocking up on gift vouchers for friends!

I had a fantastic time at milk the cow, a group of us went down and had a variety of cheeses, wines and the sample boards. The cheese Omg so damn good, I'd recommend this on a day with sun and good company.

Great experience.
Wine & cheese selection is extensive and of a high quality. They are dedicated to wine & cheese (although there are some cigars on offer as well). Fun place to go post dinner to end the end. Different to the usual post dinner lounge bar drinks.

These guys are great. Friendly service and the wine and cheeses to choose from are amazing. Shared a cheeseboard and had wine to match and all a delight. To much cheese to choose from! If you love cheese & wine try here and be wowed.
