The duck!!! The duck dish comes out as three dishes. First, heavenly duck soup that is so warming and delicious. Then, the DUCK PANCAKES. HOLY BUSINESS, these are the BEST duck pancakes I've ever eaten! They have lovely sauce and greens to be added to the light, flowery pancakes, and you will feast until you are so full you will look confusedly on as the amazing duck noodles come out... but then, you will find the second wind, driving you on to new delights.

7/5 for the duck. A MUST TRY.

Oh my goodness, so good!! The decor is a little dated, although relaxed and clean. The service is good and they will let you taken anything uneaten home (which is great when there are three amazing courses to share!). I recommend this dish for three to four people. If you eat it with two people, you will drown in the amazing duck ;-)

Still going strong after all of these years.
One of the few places that still does a good peking duck with service at your table.

Fantastic authentic Asian food for a reasonable price right in the heart of the city.
We have been coming to Ming's Palace for years! Their food is delicious and their prices are reasonable. I was so impressed with them that I had my wedding rehearsal dinner there for 120 people. Everyone walked away very full and very happy. The food was exquisite and some people were so impressed that they went and booked the restaurant for their wedding reception too.

I've been to Mings Palace a number of times now - one of my favourite chinese restaurants. The Peking Duck 3 course meal is the best I've tried in Adelaide. The pancakes are delicious as are the duck noodles. Salt n pepper squid is another favourite as are their Szchuan beans (if you like it hot).

Overall, a pretty good chinese restaurant located in central china town. the food is of standard quality. do remember that you will require to book for roast peking duck. It is especially nice to have the "peking duck three course meal".
