I had Mark come around to fix a couple of kitchen downlights in a new house and was delighted at his level of quality and service. Since then, he has attended to numerous electrical issues at our house and installed new powerpoints, connected pool pumps, downlights, outdoor lighting, sensors and wired an entire new kitchen. He and his staff are prompt, courteous and helpful, nothing is ever a problem. I would certainly recommend Mark, Juanita and Mr Electric to everyone I know.

Mark and his team took on a very complex job in a historically listed building in Kew that other electricians had openly admitted not knowing how to do. I have had multiple electricians through this property over the years and this is the first time that the job has been done not just satisfactorily but exceeded my expectations. This was also very very reasonably priced work. I could not be happier with the work and would strongly recommend Mr Electric of Melbourne East to anyone.

I needed two overhead lights checked, and I also needed two power points put in. Jamie, of the Melbourne East division of Mr. Electric, came out to the house with an apprentice within one hour of my call. He gave some good advice, added the power points, and he found and fixed the faults in both overhead lights. He was very quick and polite, and he cleaned up after himself. He didn't treat me like "the little woman." Without my asking, he also made sure they didn't track dirt inside the house. He didn't try to upsell anything. He did a minimal, no-fuss job and I didn't feel uncomfortable with two blokes in my house. He promised to come back quickly if the fix for one of the overhead lights turned out to be not quite right. Great job! I'll certainly call him again next time.
